Artist's Description
This piece followed the original "Sleep Walking" and represents the healing that has begun. Peeking out from the veil of sleep there are colors, patterns, and opportunities that couldn't be seen before. There is also a clear door open to new possibilities. It is still a little dark out, but the light is beginning to shine.

Hello and welcome to my site! I hope to take you on a journey of peace, joy, and imagination. I am Anita Hillsley and I have been an Artist in Colorado for over 30 years, currently residing in Fort Collins. The roots of Hillsley Art began when I was growing up in Michigan. My passion for patterns and designs played out in drawing elaborate plants and flowers that my cousin and I lovingly referred to as "Moon Flowers". I casually played with my techniques over the years as I pursued my love of teaching and education. Then, my life took an abrupt left turn with the passing of my long time partner and husband.
